A surreal Dominican animated feature from Tomás Pichardo Espaillat, using painting, stop-motion, photomontage and other techniques to fracture a story of love, loss and memory. Part romantic Rashomon, part visual experiment, it follows two intertwined couples through an emotionally charged landscape of shifting styles.
