Anouar Brahem: After the Last Sky

The oud master Anouar Brahem performs his album After the Last Sky with Django Bates on piano, Anja Lechner on cello and Mats Eilertsen on double bass. Named after a line by the poet Mahmoud Darwish, the chamber pieces draw on traditional Arabic music and beyond, with the oud and cello in close dialogue.
