A free exhibition exploring the science that shaped - and was shaped by - the emergence of the United States. Maps, paintings, instruments and artefacts reveal how scientific knowledge was used to navigate land, power and identity during the founding of a new nation.
Highlights include a rare 1776 print of the Declaration of Independence, alongside objects linked to George III and George Washington.
