About
The author discusses his biography of Stephen Tennant, the flamboyant aristocrat at the heart of the “Bright Young Things” of 1920s London. Tennant was photographed by Cecil Beaton and was a partner of the war poet Siegfried Sassoon. He’s often said to have inspired Sebastian Flyte in Evelyn Waugh’s Brideshead Revisited.
