SIX

Toby Marlow and Lucy Moss's musical turns the six wives of Henry VIII into a pop group, with Aragon, Boleyn, Seymour, Cleves, Howard and Parr each competing to tell the story of love, loss and the ex they share. Staged like a live concert and backed by an all-female band, the Ladies in Waiting, it runs for 80 minutes straight. The Evening Standard called it 'the most uplifting new British musical I have ever had the privilege to watch'.
