The John Madejski Fine Rooms - FREE

While works are under way elsewhere at the RA, visitors have the rare opportunity to see the historic 18th-century ‘Fine Rooms at the heart of Burlington House, exhibiting treasures by Thomas Gainsborough, Laura Knight, LS Lowry, Mary Moser and David Hockney which are usually displayed in rooms closed to the public.
